Returns

Every print is made to order, so all sales are final, except when a print arrives damaged.

If your print arrives damaged

1. Email hello@ultrarareholo.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage and the packaging.
2. We'll reply with return instructions. Return shipping is at your cost.
3. Once the print is back with us, we refund your original payment method.

We can't accept returns for a change of mind or a different size, because each print is made for your order.
